Whilst we endeavour to act at all times in good faith, we can only be held responsible for the valuation of work at the time of the PBC offer. Each offer is an honest value of price, based on the artist’s recommendation or history of sales to the public, through reputable galleries. We will not be accountable for events outside of our control once the painting/sculpture is removed from the PBC. Similarly, we cannot be held responsible for featured work being offered at a later date at a lower price, by the artist or their agent or any other person. An example of this would be, as bankrupt gallery stock, work sold secondhand at auction or on ebay.
